Another possible use for melatonin – Stopping baldness?

Melatonin is well known as the hormone of sleep, but there seems to be another possible use for it which doesn’t seem well known – Melatonin may help stem hair loss and regrow hair. Who would have thought! But apparently, melatonin does appear to have potential in the fight against hair loss. Study shows seniors need less sleep

Don’t feel so bad if you’re an older adult and you’ve just had a rough night with little sleep. According to this news report, a study at the Clinical Research Centre of the University of Surrey showed healthy seniors need less sleep than younger adults, and are less likely to be affected by not getting the same amount of sleep time as them. The Solfeggio Frequencies

I’m going to give the Solfeggio Frequencies a try. The Solfeggio Frequencies are 6 types of sound vibrations that supposedly have healing effects on the body and mind. They are used in Gregorian and Buddhist chants which have a legacy dating all the way back hundreds, even thousands of years ago.
