Alcohol and insomnia go hand in hand. Although you may think there is no relation between the two, drinking alcohol could be what is behind your inability to sleep well at night. For many people, they say that drinking a bit of wine or even something stronger causes sleepy feelings. You may find yourself dosing off after a dinner with wine or a beer. However, those sleepy feelings are just temporary. Too much alcohol, especially on a regular basis, can cause insomnia to occur.

Men who do not get enough sleep wake up tired and without energy. Going to work in such a state can result in poor judgment and bad business decisions. But, that is not all. Men who get less than five hours of sleep for a week show a decrease in the level of testosterone by up to 15 percent, it seems.
Optimal testosterone level is critical in male reproductive health and sexual behavior, but it is also important for maintaining muscle mass, strength, bone density and a general sense of well being and energy level. Ask any teenager and they will tell you: school starts too early. Now there is scientific proof – well, according to a study run in a Rhode Island school anyway. The advantages of a delayed school beginning time seems to have been confirmed after studying the behavioral and sleep patterns of the students.
Dr. Judy Owens, an expert in sleep from Hasbro Children’s Hospital, found in her study that even a small postponement in school beginning hours of half hour showed noted improvements in student alertness, general health and mood of students (and teachers too.) An EMF is the invisible electromagnetic field that exists when an electrical current is active and flowing. All electrical objects produce their own EMF fields, but it is not limited to lifeless objects; living things also have their own EMFs which is specific to their own vibration rate.
