I’m an insomniac, although not in the usual sense. I would classify myself as a chronic insomniac, having lived with insomnia on and off, for a very long time.
I’m a 33 year old male who is relatively healthy, single, weigh 60-something kilos, exercise 3-4 times a week, maintain my weight, and don’t smoke, don’t drink, eat healthy, work a mundane job, and sometimes have sleepless nights.
Sometimes the sleepless nights last a stretch, sometimes they don’t. But, it’s definitely gotten much better over the past couple of years.
When I’m not having a sleepless night, I’ll admit that sleeping and dreaming are my most favorite activities. I’m interested in sleeping, or rather – in sleeping better. If only a lot of people could sleep well at night, the world would probably be a better place – more productivity, and less grumpy, tired people.
Here I talk about my experiences, and I’ll also post interesting facts and bits about sleep.
To a better night’s sleep!
